I currently have your Gada swing volume 1 for the single kettlebell workouts. Does this new program have much different kettlebell lifts? Does program also break down into beginner, intermediate, and advanced workouts?
Hi Zach, sorry for the late reply. The new Kettlebell book has more clean, press, and snatch variations with doubles. It has a simple workout plan you can download in a PDF File with links like GADA Swing. The main difference is there’s only 12 workouts divided into four main workouts for each beginner, intermediate, and advanced level.
